Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Tukey, a service operated by Tukey Inc. ("Tukey", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated under the federal laws of Canada. By creating an account or using Tukey, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Tukey.
What Tukey is
Tukey is an AI assistant for YouTube creators. It reads data about the YouTube channels you connect and uses that context to answer questions and help you produce content artifacts (scripts, hooks, thumbnail concepts, and similar).
Tukey is currently in active development. Features may change, become unavailable, or be removed.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you discover unauthorized access, tell us at support@tukey.ai.
Connecting YouTube channels
When you connect a YouTube channel to Tukey, you grant Tukey permission, via Google OAuth, to read information about that channel using the scopes disclosed in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke that permission at any time, either inside Tukey or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You represent that you have the right to grant this access for the channels you connect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Tukey to violate any law or third-party rights, including YouTube's Terms of Service or community guidelines;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that don't belong to you;
- attempt to extract Tukey's underlying models or training data, or use Tukey to build a competing service;
- interfere with the operation of Tukey or impose unreasonable load on it;
- use Tukey to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or designed to deceive — including content that impersonates real people without consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of the channel data you connect to Tukey and of any content you create in Tukey ("Your Content"). You grant Tukey a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content as necessary to operate the service for you.
Output from Tukey
Tukey produces text and other outputs in response to your prompts. To the extent we hold any rights in those outputs, we assign them to you. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before using them. AI systems can produce inaccurate or misleading content; don't rely on Tukey's output as professional advice.
Service availability and changes
We try to keep Tukey running, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
Termination
You can stop using Tukey and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use Tukey in a way that risks harm to other users, to Tukey, or to third parties.
Disclaimer
Tukey is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tukey Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of Tukey. Tukey Inc.'s total liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Tukey will not exceed the amount you paid Tukey in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Tukey agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for any dispute arising under these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, if you have an account, notify you by email or in-app. Your continued use of Tukey after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
