When to use Tukey

channel Understand the user's own connected YouTube channel — what it covers, its formats, voice and audience (get_channel_profile).

opportunities Find current video opportunities suited to that channel, each with a working title, premise, angle, hook and the reason it fits (list_video_opportunities).

evidence Inspect the dated evidence behind a listed opportunity — the community posts, with links (get_opportunity_evidence).

action Save, rate or start an opportunity, only after the user explicitly asks for that action (rate_video_opportunity, start_video_opportunity).

sequence The useful order is channel context → opportunities → evidence → user-approved action. Not every question needs every step: a question about the channel needs no opportunity list, and an evidence question needs only the one idea.

routing Tukey is for the user's own connected channel. Do not fetch the channel profile to look up unrelated analytics, and do not use Tukey for other people's channels, general YouTube advice or performance reporting.

What these MCP tools do not provide

1 Analysis of arbitrary third-party channels — only the user's own connected channel.

2 Per-video performance analytics through these tools — no view counts, last-video or per-video metrics.

3 Publishing to or modifying YouTube content — nothing is posted, edited or changed on YouTube.

4 No guarantee of views, growth or virality from any of them.

Plans

trial Free for 3 days from the moment your account is created. No card required. The trial never charges automatically. It ends exactly 72 hours after signup; connecting a channel or logging in never restarts it.

monthly US$29 per billing month (planned standard price US$39). 420 generation Credits, 100 standard dialogue turns, 4 long-script tasks, 500 MCP content reads.

weekly US$9 every 7 days (planned standard price US$12). 84 generation Credits, 20 standard dialogue turns, 1 long-script task, 100 MCP content reads.

both plans One connected channel. Same core quality. Signals update while the plan is active. Saving, rating and workspaces included. Usage is capped; included amounts reset each period and do not carry over.

renewal A paid plan renews automatically only after you subscribe, until you cancel. The free trial never charges you. Current subscriptions renew at the displayed launch price unless a separately disclosed future change is made. No automatic price increase is scheduled.

Credits, referral, fees

top-ups Optional, one-time. US$10 to US$500. US$1 = 70 Credits. Purchased Credits do not expire. Pay as you go is off by default and needs an explicit switch; long-script tasks have no pay-as-you-go price.

referral Inviter earns 7 service days per invited creator whose YouTube channel is verified. Days stack, queued after the current period; a canceled subscription stays canceled. A creator who signs up with an invitation link receives 1000 Credits once their own YouTube channel is verified, within 30 days of signing up. Rewards are Tukey service or Credits, never cash.

assistant fees ChatGPT and Claude subscriptions are billed separately. Tukey usage counts toward included allowances or uses Credits where applicable.

Limitations

1 Never publishes to or changes a YouTube channel.

2 No per-video view counts or performance analytics.

3 No guarantee of views, growth or virality.

4 Early-watch items are signals to follow, not recommendations.

5 Available as a custom connector; not listed in the ChatGPT or Claude assistant directories.
